About Nexquado and our Singapore registration
Nexquado builds cloud accounting software for companies registered in Singapore. We are a software company, not an accounting firm — and that distinction shapes everything on this site.
Why Nexquado exists
The company was started because the accounting tools available locally were either built for much larger enterprises or for markets with entirely different tax rules, leaving small and mid-sized companies to adapt software that did not fit.
Nexquado exists to close that gap. We build cloud accounting software for businesses that are registered in Singapore and file here, so the rules, the forms and the working year match the software out of the box. When a company switches to us, it is usually not replacing a competing platform — it is stepping off a spreadsheet that has quietly become the accounting system, held together by one person who knows where every figure lives.
That is the situation we design for: a finance owner with limited time, an accountant who needs to see the file, and a director who wants to know the numbers are right without reading a manual. Everything else on this page explains how we work, who we work with, and what we do not do.
Who we build for
Built for companies of two to fifty people
Our users are private limited companies, sole proprietors, partnerships, and the accountants who serve them. A typical customer has outgrown spreadsheets but does not need an enterprise ERP, and does not want to pay for one.
GST is supported from the start, not bolted on later
Singapore GST treatment is part of the core ledger. You do not need a separate module, an add-on tier, or a workaround to produce the figures your filing needs.
Priced by company size, not by seat count alone
A small company should not pay enterprise rates because three people need to look at the same month. Our plans scale with the size of the business, not only the number of logins.
We assume your accountant will need access during the year
Accountant access is a normal part of the setup, not a paid upgrade or a special request. The cleanest way to work is to give them the file early, while there is still time to correct anything.

How we work with accountants
Give your accountant the file during the year
Accounting firms in Singapore often inherit client files at year-end, which is the worst time to discover that a year of entries is misclassified. We encourage companies to give their accountant access during the year, not after it.
Several firms use Nexquado as one of the systems they accept, because the audit trail and export formats reduce their own review time. We do not employ accountants and we do not offer bookkeeping services; we build the software they work in. That means the platform has to be legible to someone who did not set it up — clear transaction history, exports that match what an accountant expects to receive, and permissions that let them work without taking over the account.
Support and contact
A support team you can actually reach
Support is handled by our team in Singapore, by phone during business hours and by email at other times. Plan questions, migration help, and partnership enquiries all come through the same contact form and are routed to the right person.
If you are evaluating several platforms and want a straight answer about whether Nexquado fits your setup, ask us. We will tell you if it does not — a bad fit costs both sides more than an honest no.
What we are not
Clear limits, stated plainly
Being clear about this matters. Companies that expect software to replace their accountant end up disappointed, and accountants who expect software to be honest about its limits tend to recommend it.
Not a tax agent
We do not file returns on your behalf. Your filing obligations stay with you and your appointed adviser.
Not an audit firm
We do not perform audits, reviews, or assurance work of any kind.
Not a bookkeeping service
We do not keep your books for you. We build the software your team or your firm works in.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is accounting, tax, or legal advice. Those services come from your own advisers.
Before you choose
Questions worth asking any provider
If you are comparing cloud accounting software in Singapore, these are the answers that actually decide whether the switch goes well. Ask every vendor on your shortlist the same questions, including us.
Does GST treatment work without an extra module?
With Nexquado, yes — it is part of the core ledger. When you compare other providers, check whether GST sits in the base plan or in a tier you have to upgrade into.
Can my accountant get access without a paid seat?
On our plans, accountant access is part of the setup rather than a separate purchase. Ask any provider how they price a second user who only reviews the file a few times a year.
What happens to my data if I stop subscribing?
You should be able to export your ledger and supporting records in a usable format. Ask what the export contains, how long it stays available, and whether there is a cost attached to it.
Who is the contracting entity, and where is it registered?
A vendor should be able to tell you its registered entity and address without you asking twice. Ours are on this page and in the footer of every page of this site.
Who answers when something goes wrong during filing season?
Ask where the support team sits and what hours they keep. Ours is in Singapore, on the phone Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM SGT, with email answered outside those hours.
Is the platform built for Singapore rules or adapted to them?
Software adapted from another market often needs workarounds at filing time. Nexquado was built for companies registered and filing in Singapore, so the working year matches the software.

Talk to us before you decide
Tell us how your company is set up, who currently keeps the books, and which parts of the year cause the most friction. We will say whether Nexquado fits, and what the first month looks like if it does. Plan questions, migration help, and partnership enquiries all arrive through the same form.
