Legal — governing document

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the nexquado.com website and any Nexquado software service you subscribe to. By using the site or subscribing to a plan, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Who operates this site

The company behind the service

The operator of this site is the Nexquado entity whose corporate registration details appear in the footer. Nexquado provides cloud accounting software for businesses in Singapore, together with the support channel that answers questions about the software and about these terms. Where a question is not covered here, our team responds through the contact page during business hours.

Nexquado supplies software. We do not act as your accountant, tax agent, auditor or legal adviser, and we do not file returns or submissions on your behalf. If you need accounting, tax, audit or legal advice, engage a qualified professional in Singapore.

Using the website and service

You may use this website to learn about Nexquado and to contact us. You may use the software service in accordance with the plan you have subscribed to and the documentation provided with it. Everything published on the site describes the software as it is offered in Singapore; where the site and the documentation differ, the documentation for your plan applies.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, to interfere with its normal operation, or to use it in a way that breaches applicable law, including Singapore's computer misuse and data protection legislation. That includes sharing credentials outside your organisation, probing the service for weaknesses without written permission, and using automated tools to copy data from the service.

  • Access is granted for the number of users included in your plan.
  • You may connect your own bank feeds and import your own records into the service.
  • You may not resell, sublicense or white-label the service without written agreement.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Access should be granted to individual users rather than shared, since the audit trail depends on each entry carrying a real identity. When a colleague leaves, remove their access so their name no longer appears against new entries.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for holding a lawful basis to store any personal data you upload about your customers or staff, and for your own tax and regulatory filings. Nexquado stores and processes the records you give it, but the numbers and their treatment remain your responsibility.

Your side

Credential hygiene, accurate entry, a lawful basis for personal data, and filing your own returns on time.

Our side

Operating the software, keeping your records available to you, and giving notice of maintenance or material changes.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, in Singapore dollars, using the payment method agreed at signup. Prices are those shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time.

Billing cycle — monthly or annual, charged in advance at the start of each period.

Currency — Singapore dollars, at the price shown on the Pricing page when you buy.

Cancellation — stops future billing; it does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current period.

Your data — you can export your records before the subscription ends.

Service availability and limits

We aim to keep the service available and to give notice of planned maintenance, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation. The service is provided as software; we do not provide accounting, tax, audit, or legal advice, and we do not file returns on your behalf. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site or service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

If something does go wrong, tell us early. Most issues that affect your records are resolved by our support team once we can see the account and the entry concerned, and the sooner we hear, the more we can do.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be notified through the site or by email before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the service and cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
